Camp notes

Thank you for booking our Nativity themed Christmas workshop on Wednesday 21st of December.

We will have a short performance for family at the end of the day at 3.45pm.

Location: Unit 12, Winnall Valley Rd, Winchester, SO23 0LD

We will have a member of staff in the car park to help direct you to your studio, you can drop off your children without needing to park if its busy and our staff will walk your children into the building.

You will be able to drop off from 9:45am-10:00am and collect anytime between 4:00-4:15pm.

Breakfast and late clubs are available from 8:45am and until 5:15pm and are an extra £6 per session which includes snacks.

If you child is yet to be collected after 15 minutes they will be transferred to the late club and an additional £6 invoice will be created for the late club.

Please check your child's medical information when you drop off to make sure we are aware of any allergies or dietary requirements.

If your child is ill and cannot attend please do let us know asap. Please note we will only be able to offer refunds within 48 hours notice or in exceptional circumstances.

Lunch

Please bring a packed lunch and a drink (refillable bottles please).

If you are eligible for free school meals and have a funded place you do not need to bring a packed lunch.
A hot meal will be provided, and we can cater for all dietary requirements as food is cooked fresh each day at Unit 12.

If you aren’t eligible for free school meals you can order lunch on the day and this costs £4.50.

Please make sure lunch boxes do not contain any nuts.


You will also need to bring:

A water bottle - we will be able to refill these during the day
We recommend not wearing your best clothes, but making sure it is something comfortable and you can move in.
Please also wear trainers.
